
Cleaning Policies
We want to give you the best cleaning experience possible, while also keeping our cleaners safe and cared for. We have a set of policies below to ensure things go as smoothly as possible.
Pet Policy:
Pets may be left out at your own risk. We are not responsible for watching your pets. If your pets are sneaky, it’s in your best interest to keep them caged. We are not responsible if a pet gets out. We are also not responsible for cleaning up animal feces, urine or throw up.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you ever need to reschedule or cancel a clean, we just ask for a 48-hour notice. We will do our best to reschedule you but we may not always be able to do so. If we don't get a 48-hour notice we will still charge you for 60% of the cleaning cost for the day missed. Being locked out will be treated as a cancellation.
Compensation Policy
Fee is dependent on the size, frequency, and type of clean. Payments are due within 24 hours of completion of the service. Payments must be paid no later than 2 days after completion of the service. We only take checks or Venmo. Failure to pay as scheduled may result in us no longer cleaning for you.
Conditions Policy
Any surfaces with the items on them below will not be cleaned

1. Animal urine or feces
2. Broken glass
3. Weapons of any kind
4. Rodents or bugs that are not common in a home
5. Bodily fluids such as blood or Vomit

If your home is infested with bugs, urine, or rodents we may cancel the cleaning all together. 60% of the clean will still be due if you scheduled a clean with us and did not give a 48-hour notice.
Dusting Policy
On regular cleanings we will not open any cabinets to dust. If a surface is 80% full with small nick knacks we will not move them on a regular cleaning basis. If you'd like a surface that is normally 80% covered to get dusted you will need to move the items before and after the regular cleaning.
Stuff Policy
Hey this is your home, keep it how you like! However, we are not a maid service. We will not be picking up toys, clothing, shoes, etc. to clean under. We ask that you pick up any items that you want vacuumed and mopped under. We do move items on kitchen and bathroom countertops. keep in mind that the more stuff you have on the surfaces the longer it takes to clean.
